Legal Aid Review Project*

This research task aims to update the 2006 Legal Aid Review Report. The “sandwiched class” are those legal aid applicants who earn too much to qualify for a pro bono lawyer but not enough to be able to afford to pay their own lawyer. The objective is to use this document (which is now out of date) as the base for a more up to date examination of how to solve this issue.

This project will occur only on August 2012, and will involve a total of 6 members.
